A Woman's Best Friend

So today I wish to begin again with my blog. I know its been so very long since I wrote here and I had my reasons for doing so. I hope that all can be forgiven and we can pick up where we left off and begin our friendship again.
I want to start my first new entry with a topic that's very close to my heart right now. I have joined a support group for people with service dogs and companion dogs and they have made me feel right at home in their growing family. I currently have five dogs living under my room and one of them is a SDIT (service dog in training). Two of the dogs are my own personal companions.
My post is titled "Woman's Best Friend" because I feel it applies to to my current feelings at this time. I have read so many inspiring posts about woman and men for that matter and their fur friends. So many times we take for granted how helpful and supportive our dogs are. It's been said so many times how dog is man's best friend. I can truly attest to that.
My dogs; Jynx and Loki are two of my very best friends. They are dachshund (wiener dogs) one is full size and one is a mini. They have gave me happiness and filled spots in my heart that were just meant for them. They listen when I need to talk, especially when its something I don't wanna share with anyone. They also keep me snug and warm at night in bed.
Dogs are amazing creatures and what I have learned lately is just how amazing they truly can be. Everyone whom I share the support group with will attest to this.
So this little blog post is dedicated to every dog out there and the love and kindness they show to us human beings.
