You ever look in the mirror and feel sad, disappointed or hatred toward the person looking back at you? Do you despise how they look? I am sure at some point in time everyone has felt this at one point in their life. What we do with that is what matters. Don't let that define who you are. If you see flaws then make that a challenge to improve but don't pressure yourself. No one is perfect and everyone has flaws. Those flaws are what makes us unique and special. But if your not happy with yourself then take that person in the mirror and figure out who they want to be and build upon them. Make them into the person you want to see looking back. Don't get discouraged and use that mirror to encourage yourself. Lift yourself up, don't bring yourself done. Life and others does that enough. Don't do that to yourself. Let that person staring back at you in the mirror be the better part of you, let them be the person you aspire to be and use it to encourage yourself. Next time you look in the mirror don't look for the flaws look for changes you want. If you don't see them, then set some goals and work toward getting them. You will begin to see those changes.
